Terms and Conditions – Domino English Center

Thank you for choosing Domino English Learning Center in Karachi. We help students learn English, prepare for IELTS, and build real confidence. We want your time with us to be smooth and fair.

This page explains the rules for our courses, campuses, and website. Please read it before you enroll. By joining a class or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Who We Are

Domino English is an English language center in Karachi. We run classes at our campuses in Defence, FB Area, Nazimabad, Johar, and Gulshan-e-Iqbal. We also offer online classes.

Our courses include General English, Business English, IELTS preparation, spoken English, kids summer camp, and visa interview preparation.

Enrollment Rules

To join a course, you must fill out the admission form. You must also pay the admission fee and the first course fee.

Please give us true and correct details. This includes your name, phone number, and age. If you give false information, we may cancel your admission.

Students under 10 need a parent or guardian to sign the form. We may also ask for a copy of your CNIC or B-Form.

Course Fees and Payments

Fees depend on the course you choose. We will tell you the full fee before you enroll.

  • Fees must be paid by the due date. Our due date is [add date, e.g. the 5th of each month].
  • Please keep your fee receipt. You may need it later.
  • Fees can change for new batches. Fees for your current batch will not change.

You can pay in cash or by bank transfer. Ask our team about other payment options.

Attendance and Class Rules

Regular classes lead to better results. We ask every student to follow these rules:

  • Come to class on time.
  • Keep your phone on silent.
  • Respect your teachers and classmates.
  • Do your homework and class tasks.
  • Take care of the center’s property.

If you miss many classes, we may ask you to speak with the academic team. In some cases, we may ask you to repeat a level. Please tell us early if you must miss a class.

Online Classes

We offer one-to-one and group classes online. For these classes, you will need a working device and a steady internet connection.

Please do not share your class link with anyone. Do not record, copy, or post any online lesson. Our lessons belong to Domino English. Slow internet on your side may affect the class. We cannot repeat missed time in such cases.

IELTS and Exam Preparation

Our IELTS course helps you get ready for the test. Our teachers guide you in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Please note that we cannot promise a certain band score. Your result depends on your effort, practice, and test-day performance. We do not run the official IELTS exam. Test fees and booking are separate from our course fees.

Certificates

Students get a certificate after they finish a course. To qualify, you must meet the attendance rule and pay all fees. Your certificate may be held if you have dues left.

Student Behavior

We want every student to feel safe and respected. We do not allow bullying, rude language, or any form of harassment. We also do not allow cheating in tests or quizzes.

If a student breaks these rules, we may give a warning. For serious cases, we may remove the student from the course. In that case, fees may not be returned.

Changes to Classes and Schedules

Sometimes we must change a class time or a teacher. This can happen because of holidays, weather, or other events. We will tell you as soon as we can by phone, message, or notice.

We may also merge small batches. We will always try to keep your learning on track.

Our Website and Content

All text, images, videos, and lessons on dominoenglish.pk belong to Domino English. Please do not copy, sell, or share them without our written approval.

Our website may link to other sites, such as our social media pages. We are not responsible for what those sites say or do.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. We collect only the details we need, such as your name, phone number, and email. We use them to run your course and share updates.

We do not sell your personal information. You can ask us to stop sending messages at any time.

Limit of Responsibility

We work hard to give you the best learning experience. Still, Domino English is not responsible for lost or stolen items at our campuses. We are also not liable for problems caused by events outside our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The newest version will always be on this page. Please check back now and then. If you keep using our services after a change, it means you accept the new terms.

One To One Training

One To One Training

Every organization regularly conducts one-on-one training. It is usual to ask a “work specialist” to help someone learn a task or procedure. Usually, they will demonstrate the work before observing the learner as they complete it. The idea is that the one with the most information will impart it to someone who is eager to learn but less knowledgeable.

It’s a course in business English. You will learn in this course whether job specialists are always the ideal candidates to train others. They could be experts in their field, yet they struggle to explain it to others. The ideal candidate is someone who has training as a one-on-one trainer and is well-versed in the field.

ONE-TO-ONE TRAINING'S GOALS

One-on-one training’s main goal is to increase worker productivity by enhancing their already-existing knowledge and abilities. These abilities range from knowing how to use digital tools for daily tasks to being adept at the most recent sales techniques. Business English lessons offer
